Loot Rules
Dark Twilight uses a DKP system. If you have never heard of DKP i suggest reading over http://www.wowwiki.com/Dragon_kill_points for a full summary.
Receiving DKP
Dark Twilight awards members DKP for attendance, boss kills, and (Extra DKP)first Boss Kills 25mans ONLY.

Bidding on Items
When items are available for loot (Boss Kills,Trash, Etc) one of the officers will link the loot into Raid Warning. Members then can bid their DKP on that item to win it. This only applies to EPIC ITEMS all greens and or blues are always needed by default. The highest bidder Wins the Item and then selects Need on the Dice to win the item. The DKP is then subtracted and will later be reflected on the website.

Tied Bids on Items:
If the bidders elect to have a tie with DKP they can do a roll off. Basically you type /roll into chat and the highest roll wins the item. The winner again selects Need on the Dice while everyone else passes on it.
New Recruits and 0 DKP:
New recruits begin at 0 DKP which sucks :). But that doesn't necessarily mean you won't get loot. If an item is not wanted by anyone you are able to bid the minimum on the item and win it. Your DKP will go into a negative however until you earn enough DKP to pay for that item. Remember you are only allowed to bid on the item if no else wants it.
BOE items:
Bind on Equip Items will be bid on as well for DKP. If no wants the item an officer will need that item for sale to gain gold for the guild bank.
No wants that Junk:
If no one wants the item the loot will be passed by everyone, the officers will designate a Dis-enchanter which will greed the item. The Abyss crystals sharded from the item will be placed in the Guild bank and can be used for enchants later by the request to an officer. Check our Shard and Gem request post for more details. (Guild Members Only)
